Associate, Field Accounts

No Relocation or Visa support is offered for this role. ____________________________________ Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation: - adidas is seeking an Associate in our Customer Service team that will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer service experience to our wholesale field accounts.- Key Responsibilities: - Management of Wholesale Field accounts. - Creating and Uploading pre-orders and contracts in line with pre-order timelines. - Perform required maintenance on pre-orders. - Cleansing of contracts as per the Rules of Engagement. - Processing EDI orders and communicating with Customers on error resolution. - Processing of contract call-offs in season within specified timelines for pre-orders and refills. - Management of the Order Book is an ongoing requirement. - Communication and liaison with the sales team on a regular basis. - Responding to incoming requests within specified time frames and handling customer inquiries in an efficient and professional manner. - Providing product information, pricing queries, and processing orders into the system. - Follow up on customer requests, issues, and complaints to resolution. - Achievement of agreed department KPIs to drive superior service delivery. - Developing a strong understanding of the Company’s product range. - Contributing to the team’s continuous improvement initiatives and targets. - All testing is required within SAP systems. - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - A strong customer service focus. - A high level of problem-solving ability. - Highly developed organizational and time management skills. - Superior attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to develop long-lasting relationships with our internal and external partners. - Ability to contribute to a team environment where performance is measured. - Experience in working under pressure to meet deadlines and conflicting priorities. - Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential and experience using SAP is desirable. - A flexible and mature approach is imperative. - Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: - University degree or equivalent. - Key Interfaces: - Sales - Supply Chain: Purchasing and Order Fulfilment - Finance: Credit - IT - Merchandising team - Warehouse - External Freight companies - External Customers - What’s on offer?- How do I apply?- Press the "Apply" button and follow the instructions - Applications that do not attach a cover letter that addresses the job requirements specific to adidas will not be considered. - Applications will only be accepted through the steps above - ________________________________________ About adidas We innovate and create to bring performance, fitness, and fashion together to celebrate individuality and propel the athlete inside all of us.- It's a place where you're connected to your favourite athlete, style icons, and people as committed to winning as you are.
