**About the Role**:
We have an exciting full-time role available for an eCommerce Manager to join our team in Sydney. You will be responsible for driving the digital strategy for Nude Lucy across eCommerce and Digital Marketing. The eCommerce Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and customer retention through owned, earned and paid digital channels, whilst providing a best-in-class customer experience. In this role you will work closely with the marketing team and internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute the overall digital strategy to achieve overall company goals and to remain consistent with brand.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Lead the eCommerce team to achieve digital and overall company sales and GP$ targets.
- Proactively identify tactical opportunities to drive trade & sales uplift and develop strategic plans to increase traffic & convert online sales by channel.
- Build out acquisition strategies that will deliver strong database growth and increase the active customer count.
- Monitor industry, online and mobile shopping trends, maintaining knowledge of competition and awareness of ecommerce opportunities.
- Ensure the digital strategies support the strategic plans and company goals.
- Manage the digital marketing agency relationship.
- Manage the development agency relationship to ensure consistent delivery of digital projects.
- Build out the development pipeline for the website to improve the on-site experience and improve CX and UX across the site.
- UAT and QA to ensure delivery requirements are met.
- Work closely with Marketing teams to develop, recommend and execute digital marketing strategies across the website, CRM, and digital marketing channels.
- Work closely with Buying & Planning teams on strategies that optimize online product assortments in key trading periods.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and trade estimates as required.
- Complete eCommerce sales reporting & analysis, providing actionable insights, and produce ad-hoc reporting where necessary.
- Support Digital Coordinator in the product enrichment process and merchandising of website.
- Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers including digital agencies and software vendors.
- Build strong working relationships across all areas of the business including marketing, buying, planning, production, operations, and customer experience team.
**To be successful you will have**:
- Demonstrated 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce Trade roles.
- Good understanding of the Nude Lucy brand and customer.
- Sound commercial acumen.
- A solid understanding of the website platform, it’s related systems and processes and ability to identify areas for improvement.
- Meeting scheduled project deadlines to deliver commercial success.
- Microsoft Suite competency.
- Google Analytics experience (or similar).
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
