**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate bakery staff to ensure excellent performance, customer service, and teamwork.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring all products are made fresh and to the highest quality standards.
- Customer Service: Ensure an exceptional customer experience, address customer concerns, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels, place orders for ingredients, and ensure proper stock management to avoid shortages or waste.
- Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, track sales, and ensure the bakery meets financial goals and targets.
- Health & Safety: Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Product Quality: Ensure all baked goods, especially manoush and other Lebanese specialties, are prepared and served to perfection.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a bakery or food service management role.
- Knowledge of middle eastern cuisine, particularly manoush and traditional bakery products.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with inventory management and financial tracking is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
