We’re excited by the fact our team is continuing to expand. And, as we continue to grow, we’re on the hunt for a great Campaign Manager who can coordinate campaigns across the CT group's brands, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:
**Here's what you'll be doing**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns for digital and offline channels including industry events.
- Focus on lead and demand generation, improving the sales pipeline across the group’s brands.
- Work closely with the SEO analyst to align paid and organic search strategies.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure alignment across joint business initiatives and campaign messaging.
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to maintain consistency in messaging.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics, including ROAS and lead generation, and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Here's what you'll bring**:

- Previous extensive experience in a campaign and events management role, ideally in a technology-driven business.
- Expertise in paid media management, lead generation, and marketing automation.
- Experience collaborating with SEO teams and aligning paid and organic strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI and performance optimisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and able to manage and oversee multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated individual who’s able to work independently as well as collaboratively to deliver results
