We are currently seeking positions in our Results/Client Team, based in our North Ryde Laboratory.
- Reporting to the Client Care and Reception Manager, these positions would be suitable for someone who:
- Has exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Enjoys a fast paced working environment
- Has a willingness to learn
- Ability to follow protocols and procedures
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments both verbally and written
- Basic computer skills
- A professional attitude towards confidentially

Duties will include:
- Answering phones
- Communicating with Hospitals, Drs, Nursing Homes and Government Bodies
- Ability to understand and ensure compliance with WHS policies and guidelines
- Achieving Departmental KPIs
- General office duties
