We are currently looking for an Operations Standards Manager

**What you'll do**:
Being an aviation enthusiast with experience in a compliance or assurance role and a love for systems and standards, this may be the role for you

Working in the Operations team, you will develop and maintain Terminal and Airfield Operations Management Systems, Aerodrome Manual, Airport Operating Protocol and Airport Operating Standards.

In addition to this you will manage the Operations Technical Coordinator and assist the Projects team to deliver projects with accurate and complete information whilst complying with Perth Airports safety, risk and environment requirements.

**About you**:
You will have the opportunity to use your exceptional written and verbal skills and you are a stickler for detail and accuracy. You will have worked in an aviation technical role and you are comfortable in interpreting legislation and standards. You understand the value of working well with others and previous people management experience is preferable. You approach your work with a customer service focus and maintain excellent working relationships.
