We are currently seeking a Commercial and Contracts Risk Manager to supports the development, implementation, management and monitoring of the Project’s Risk management systems, strategies and initiatives, ensuring the Project delivery obligations comply with the Contract Deed and improving the certainty of project outcomes. The role will provides commercial and contracts support to the Projects Commercial Manager as required.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Assist to develop, implement and continually improve project-specific risk management, procedures and tools to support the achievement of a successful project delivery and handover to Operations.
- Update and manage the existing Project Risk Management Plan.
- Develop other plans and training packages documents as required.
- Produce Monthly Risk report updates.
- Manage the administration of the Risk Management Software (Integrum).
- The ability to develop and run risk models from the Project’s Risk Management Software (desirable).
- Liaise with Risk Management software providers.
- Hold regular update Risk Management workshops and meetings with the Project’s delivery team.
- Identify risk management strategies to reduce exposure to CAF in relation to both time and cost related risks.
- Support Commercial & Contracts team with drafting contractual notices such as Early Warning Notices and general correspondence.
- Support Commercial & Contracts / Planning team in financial forecasting processes.

**Profile**
- Have at least 5 years’ experience in engineering / risk / commercial and contracts management.
- Possess a tertiary qualification relevant to the position.
- Relevant experience in the delivery of infrastructure projects preferred.
- Experience with office management software e.g. MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
- Knowledge of ACONEX, Teambinder and Integrum is beneficial.
