Job Title: Medical Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks within a medical facility, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling inquiries.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and delivery of quality care.
- Oversee billing and insurance processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating maintenance of equipment.
- Provide administrative support to medical staff as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of healthcare procedures.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Diploma or degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
