**The role**:

- Develop new business, maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders
- Liaise with internal estimators, engineers and production divisions
- Offer needs-based solutions to clients
- Develop realistic and achievable budgets and goals
- Monitor and report sales performance for each customer
- Introduce and promote new product ranges
- Attend trade shows and other exciting events

**What will you need?**
- Experience in a similar role
- Competitive and determination, drive along with excellent communication skills
- Sales and account management experience - (Steel industry experience highly regarded but not essential)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly
- Ability to plan and execute profit, budget and forecast reports
- Team player and proactive problem solver
