An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially astute business leader to join our team at **Subaru Melbourne**.
As a **General Manager - Sales** you will be responsible for the timely and effective execution of the business plans for the sales dealerships that you manage. In this role you will lead the teams at our Subaru Berwick, Glen Waverley and Mentone dealerships. You will ensure sustained focus on lead generation and optimise performance across the key value streams of New and Used, Fleet & Corporate, F&I and Aftermarket. You will also work with the Aftersales teams to ensure effective alignment and execution of plans.

**To be successful in this role**, you will demonstrate a history of success in terms of leading teams across multiple sites and delivering results as well as driving a high performing culture and have experience in a similar role.
**You will be responsible for**:
- understanding the OEM and the business purpose and goals, and your roles in delivering the business plan.
- delivering against agreed targets and plans across all value levers.
- ensure that business plans maximise profit opportunity across the group (Car Volume and GPU; F&I penetration and GPU; Aftermarket GPU; Operating Profit and Return on Sales).
- Providing a commercial focus to management of overheads, ensuring that expenditure is contained within budget.
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer satisfaction, as reflected in customer feedback and Reputation scores;
