Real estate / Bodycorp Maintenance and repairs across metro Melbourne

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete assigned roofing maintenance and repair work orders in a timely, professional, and safe manner.
- Work independently on projects involving up to three-story buildings.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license.
- Own ladders and vehicle (Safety gear, small tools etc can be provided)
- Some experience in the roofing industry (roofer/plumber).
- Possession of safety tickets. (can be provided to the right applicant)

You need to be:

- Honest, reliable, and physically fit.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
- Ability to work safely at heights

Workload:

- Flexible scheduling; can offer as little or as much work as you can take.
- Prefer availability for 3+ days a week.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
