**About the Role**
We are seeking a dynamic and organised casual PR Assistant to join our team. This role will provide essential support for our PR and marketing efforts, including managing the PR inbox, influencer relations, event coordination, and production support. If you are a highly motivated, trend driven and detail-oriented individual with a passion for PR and marketing, we encourage you to apply.
This is a casual position offering approximately 20 hours per week. Ideal availability is Wednesday - Friday.
**PR Inbox Management**:
- Efficiently manage and respond to incoming PR inquiries and requests.
- Prioritise and route correspondence to appropriate team members.
- Track and follow up on all incoming and outgoing communications.
**Influencer Relations**:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key influencers.
- Support the management of influencer gifting programs, including product selection, shipping, and tracking.
- Ship and manage tracking for gifting orders for VIP and celebrity partners via our agency spreadsheet.
- Identify and vet influencers whose style and values complement our brand’s vision and aesthetic.
**Event Support**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of PR events.
- Provide logístical support, such as vendor coordination, guest list management, and on-site event management.
- Contribute to creative event concepts and execution.
- Entertain influencer partners and manage vendor relationships on site.
**General Admin/Marketing Support**:
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, report generation, and project management.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree, or working towards, in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Prior exposure in public relations, marketing, or a related field ideal.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for the fashion industry and a keen eye for trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
