1. Shall handle irregularities, liaise and give instructions to ensure the normal operation of flight departures and arrivals.
2. Shall supervise, plan and execute airport service (passenger and baggage) operations.
3. Shall supervise and manage load control operations.
4. Shall assist in the supervision and management of flight crew dispatch and flight operations.
5. Shall supervise and manage safety and security operations.
6. Shall supervise and manage the services and qualities of catering operation and quality
7. shall assist in the supervision of cargo services.
8. Shall assist in the handling of flight crew issues such as customs clearance, accommodation, transportation, and work discipline.
9. Shall assist in the handling of relevant services for dynasty members and customer relations.
10. Shall train, manage, supervise and audit on the direct subordinates and outsourced GHA; and maintain a positive employer-employee relationship
11. In addition to passenger handling operations, airport manager shall also take charge of cargo operation, loading operation, maintenance, flight operation, catering control, and ramp safety.
12. Shall communicate and negotiate in OAL conferences, with the local airport authorities and corresponding OAL units
13. Shall participate in the operations of the VIP lounge, VIP courtesy services and public relations activities
14. Shall regularly examine the qualified load control staff available and the validity of their certifications every 6 months to ensure compliance with load balance operations and the required manpower
15. shall familiar with CASA Australia aviation regulation.

16.shall familiar with CAA Republic of China (Taiwan. R.O.C) aviation regulation.
17. fluently Mandarin and English speaking, writing, reading skill.

**Salary**: $53,991.71 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mascot, NSW 2020: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
