Engineering Applications is a long standing and highly reputable progressive engineering firm leading in the design, fabrication, installation and maintenance of process plant & equipment across a diverse range of industries.

**About the role**
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist and Administration Assistant to join our busy finance and administration team based at Hemmant on a permanent full-time basis, reporting to the Office Manager.

This is a multi-faceted role that will perform administrative and business support duties.

**Key responsibilities**:

- General reception duties, professional answering of phones and greeting clients
- Maintain positive relationships and communications between clients, stakeholders and managers
- Administration duties including but not limited to: reception, typing, customer liaison, photocopying, filing, scanning docs, archiving, booking travel, ordering uniforms and stationary and catering
- Maintaining stationary and consumable supplies
- Collection of mail
- Monthly newsletter collation

**Key Success Attributes**:

- You must be able to demonstrate a reasonable level of Administration experience
- Friendly and courteous
- Experience in a construction/industrial/engineering services environment is preferable
- You are dedicated, self-motivated and enjoy working in a small but dynamic team
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of clients both internal and external
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite of software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage time and priorities work tasks to ensure deadlines are met
