**Part Time Marketing Assistant**

McIlwain is looking for a talented and enthusiastic part time Marketing Administrator who will work proactively to establish and refine processes and systems to support Marketing and Communications activities and projects.

**About you**

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, professional, task-oriented and open-minded team player to join our team. You will be an excellent communicator and proactive with a passion for achieving goals.

**Essential Requirements**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, commercial partnerships & communications - preferably in a Civil Engineering environment
- Experience in providing general administrative assistance for all marketing & communications initiatives
- Experience of working with multiple external stakeholders and partners

**Skills and experience**

Relevant tertiary and industry qualifications in digital marketing, graphic design and/or equivalent industry experience.
Marketing Allrounder - must be able to develop various forms of collateral in-house as this will be a hands-on role.
Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
Effective communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills.
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a self-starter.
Proactive team player - willingness to assist other areas from time to time as appropriate.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 15 per week
