**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
We are looking for highly motivated and creative individual to step into a pivotal role as our Digital Marketing Specialist. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Content Creation & Strategy**: Develop and execute creative content across multiple digital platforms, tailored to build our brand, engage existing users, and attract new leads.
- **SEO & Thought Leadership**: Conduct independent research on relevant topics to create content that strengthens our SEO presence and positions us as experts in our industry.
- **Platform Expertise**: Be adept at adapting content to suit various platforms—whether it’s blog posts, social media, or video tutorials—to ensure we effectively reach different audiences.
- **External Content**: Design content that showcases our products and services to potential new members, highlighting the unique value we offer.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns targeting specific audiences. You’ll take charge of launching, monitoring, and reporting on these initiatives.
**WHO AND WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Strong experience in digital marketing across a variety of channels.
- Excellent content creation skills with a focus on SEO and audience engagement.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**
- **Educational Background**: A university degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with hands-on involvement in content creation, SEO, campaign management, and analytics.
- **Paid Media & Social Platforms**: Working knowledge of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, as well as pay-per-click (PPC) advertising strategies, including Google Ads and display network campaigns.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Strong analytical skills to track and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to optimize marketing strategies and drive results.
- **Creative and Strategic Thinker**: Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making to produce impactful content and effective marketing campaigns.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand messages that resonate with different audiences.
- **SEO & Content Optimization**: Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and optimization techniques to ensure content ranks well on search engines and attracts organic traffic.
- **Adaptability & Self-Starter**:Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to independently manage projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- **Attention to Detail**:Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all marketing content is accurate, polished, and aligned with the brand's voice and objectives.
