We are currently seeking experienced Automotive Service Advisors with a passion for the automotive industry who are looking for a new challenge to join the team at RAC Auto Services in Canning Vale.

- Providing estimates for repair and maintenance services, explaining the work to be performed, offering appropriate recommendations for additional works.-
- Providing regular updates to members on the status of their vehicle-
- Preparing and completing repair orders.What are we looking for?
- This role suits motivated customer service, solution focussed individual, including:
- Outstanding professional customer relationship management including problem solving and conflict resolution skills-
- Technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing - desirable-
- Sound administrative/clerical skills-
- High level verbal and written communication skills-
- Effective teamwork skills and ability to develop positive workplace relationships-
