Looking for a great Learning and Development Manager role within a growing business?

Joining an established L&D function, your role will span from strategy to delivery.

This is an established business that has a strong presence in the industrial manufacturing space. You will play a key role in ensuring they grow and develop their current and future leaders. They are part of a larger group, one that provides significant support and resources, such as an extensive library of training resources, whilst still allowing the freedom of self-determination.

(Yes, they help, but don't interfere too much)

In a nutshell, you will build capability of their people to enable a high-performance environment and enable career pathways to accelerate their talent.

Reporting directly to the GM of HR, you will have a critical voice to their strategy and their future roll-out calendar. You will be responsible for training needs analysis as well as any modifications needed to the exiting training materials.

They favor a training delivery style centered on engagement and empathy.

You will need to work to understand the business, and the people within it. You naturally look for anecdotes that will relate to your audience, building connections to exist and grow outside of the training room.

The role has a national remit, as such there will be an element of travel to be manage for yourself, and your small team.
