Experienced Instructional Designer required for an month contact

**Your new company**

In this 8 month contract you will be joining a high performing team at the start of an exciting project. You will be working for a leader in the Education space.

**Your new role**
- Responsible for the training analysis, design, development, delivery of the program which focusses on implementing transformed Recruitment, Onboarding and Performance Management services (underpinned by the SAP SuccessFactors solution)
- Develop the training needs analysis and inputs into the training strategy
- Design a structured, role-centric training curriculum to enable tailored and targeted capability uplift
- Design and develop effective role-based training and support materials using a range of modalities (including for face to face, online and self-paced learning)

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, in a large-scale program working with cross-functional teams
- Involvement in multiple end-to-end training implementations
- Strong experience in designing and delivering training programs for software solutions, particularly in HCM SaaS solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
- Implementation of HR services relating to recruitment, onboarding and performance management
- Ability to work in a dynamic, ambiguous context without pre-established frameworks in place and being resourceful to fill gaps and maintain progress
