**We are looking for a QA Manager to join our Shared Services and Financial Crime domains**

As the QA Manager you will be responsible for the coaching, mentoring, development and performance management of your team ensuring QA standards and best practices are implemented across the domains.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Setting the QA practice OKR’s and aligning with Company OKR’s.
- Ensuring the quality of work being delivered by the QA team meets the definition of done in line with the practice standards.
- Managing QA members leave requests by consulting the domains.
- Engaging with the Domain/Domain Lead’s on escalations & other practices for cross functional end to end delivery.
- Stakeholder management of functional role with non-product environments
- Setting the QA standards and best practices within Cuscal and aligning it to the domain.
- Building capability and maturity of the QA practice based on best practiced in the market.
- Benchmarking based on strategic competitive analysis, best practice and building into a roadmap.
- Guiding from hands on experience of online and API based automation scripts and their integration into pipelines.
- Guiding and educating QA teams on Layered test automation and their build into delivery pipeline for extremely fast feedback
- Guiding and educating QA teams on automated performance tests to ensure resilient in production.
- Providing upskilling, training, and career development framework for QA practice members.
- Creating upskilling plans for new starters and managing the progress.
- Liaising with remuneration manager and P&C team to benchmark the QA practice roles.
- Designing, driving and continually developing practice standards against the maturity model.
- Vendor management of contractors and tools.
- Reviewing and seek approvals for statements of work including liaising with the vendor management office.
- Developing QA practice roadmaps and ensure alignment to the Domain roadmap.

To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and experience:

- 5+ years of experience as a ‘QA Manager’ in the IT industry within a practice stream.
- Established experience in the principles of functional and non-functional testing with key experience in:

- Adopting/Defining test frameworks to deliver the outcomes.
- Worked on more than one automation tools being proficient to develop automation roadmaps for the squads.
- Experience in layered functional and non-functional testing through automation via pipelines frameworks to receive fast feedback.
- Understanding of metric-based evaluations of flow e.g. Dora metrics
- Experience in systems performance assessment and evaluation of performance outcomes.
- Experience in systems resilience assessment and suggestion of corrective actions.
- Efficient verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong management and leadership skills
