**The Role**

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, hard-working, and motivated individuals to join our team in Norwood on a Full Time basis (Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm).

The key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, members, and staff
- Perform reception duties with a focus on professionalism and pride in presentation.
- Assist in stock take and handle various administrative tasks as needed.
- Drive membership and retail sales through effective cross-selling and proactive engagement.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of membership requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the gym
- Promptly report any maintenance issues requiring attention.

- Willingness to learn and show initiative.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- A passion for the health and fitness industry.

To be eligible for this position you must have:

- Previous customer service experience
- Strong PC literacy and administration skills
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
