Maxima, in partnership with our host employer, are seeking a driven, receptionist/administration assistant trainee to join their financial planning firm.

Over the course of 18-months you will be working full-time as the face of the business, gaining practical office experience across the daily business operations, whilst achieving a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business.**

Our client is an accounting, advisory and financial planning firm based in Norwood. With a reputation for providing outstanding quality service to businesses, family groups and high net wealth individuals, they are committed to achieve all goals no matter how big or small.

**Duties Include**:

- Meet and greet clients with exceptional customer service
- Document processing and management (copying, scanning, and filing etc.)
- Create and maintain client details
- Additional administrative duties as required including invoicing, booking appointments etc.

- Excellent communicator, written and verbal
- Fantastic attention to detail
- A "can do attitude" and a willingness to learn
- Ability to stay organised and meet deadlines
