**Medical Receptionist**

**Norwood Family Practice/Burnside Family Practice**

Norwood Family Practice and Burnside Family Practice is conveniently located in Adelaide Eastern Suburbs and has established a solid reputation for its patient care and services. We are looking for a casual medical receptionist to join us.

The role will be approximately 30 hours per week. These hours may differ depending on Practice demand.

We are a warm, relaxed and welcoming team who are committed to high customer service.

To succeed in this role you will:

- Be well presented
- Have a warm and welcoming manner
- Possess excellent verbal, telephone and computer skills (Medical Director and Pracsoft)
- Have previous medical receptionist experience
- Have knowledge of Medicare
- You will need a current Working with Childrens Check and CPR Certificate.

Applicants should be highly motivated, have initiative, a positive attitude and a good work ethic. You will be some-one who is proactive in managing the needs of the Doctors and patients alike.
