A new opportunity currently exists for a HR Business Partner based in full-time in Tullamarine. Your primary purpose will be to provide a high level of HR guidance, coaching and advice to your key stakeholder groups.
We are looking for a confident HR Professional with a flexible and ‘hands on’ style ready to step into the next phase of their career. You will be easily approachable and adaptable and willing to support the key stakeholders with any of their generalist HR queries. These will include;
- Helping to develop and build a talent pipeline that aligns to the business needs
- Day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, performance management, on-boarding, outplacement, etc.
- Have an in-depth knowledge on relevant Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and employment legislation.
- Build people capability to fulfil longer term strategic goals and objectives.
- Implement engagement surveys and other initiatives that measure success.
- Ensure effective reporting of all HR functions
- Ensure effective compliance within the HR Policy framework
