Clever Cow provides expert business solutions to construction trade businesses throughout Australia. We are looking for experienced and skilled Office Administrators to join our Client Services team.
**The role**
The Office Administration role is busy and varied. Responsibilities include:
- Job scheduling and customer service.
- Taking and following up payments.
- Processing payroll and management of staff records.
- Administration related to health & safety.
- Accounts payable processing.
- Reconciliation of accounts.
The following are highly desirable:
- Operational experience with Xero, MYOB or Quickbooks
**The team**
The Client Services team is a small team that expertly manage the delivery of office and accounts administration for our clients. They do this remotely from our offices in Cromer, Sydney.
The team have strong administration, bookkeeping and customer service skills, a proactive approach to client delivery, excellent communication skills and experience in the construction trade industry.
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
