The role involves leading the Project Management team to deliver new fit outs, refurbs & maintenance across the companies national portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring each project delivered is on Brand ensuring the desired great customer experience is met every time.

You will manage a team of external builders and designers as well as an internal Project Management team to deliver the complete fit out of the company stores. New equipment installation, specifying all the services (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire), partitioning, kitchen installation etc are all key to the works involved.

Key to success in the role is the following:

- Your strong career to date in a client side Project Management position across multi-sites (Fit out &/or new build Construction Projects)
- Ability to Prioritize; Communicate effectively & use your elite problem solving skills on a daily basis
- Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a small team as well as collaborate with stakeholders across various other departments
- Work with a small pool of builders/shopfitters to tender projects; Analyse and assess these tenders so that quality, price (without variation) and on time delivery of stores within budget can be achieved
- Manage direct relationships and set pricing with core equipment suppliers
- Liaise with council directly on matters of planning & permits
- Analyse and understand financial information to ensure effective cost management
