The key responsibilities of a leading hand in a Shopfitting company may include:
1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of the team in factory and on-site.

2. Allocating tasks to team members of the production works in factory and installtion works on site and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

3. Providing guidance and support to team members, including resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.

4. Ensuring that work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.

5. Liaising with production manager, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any concerns.

6. Monitoring the quality of workmanship and ensuring that project deadlines are met.

Overall, a leading hand plays a crucial role in ensuring that shopfitting projects progress smoothly, that work is completed to specification and standards, and that the team operates effectively and safely on-site.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
