Commercial Analyst, Sales

The **Commercial Analyst, Sales** is a member of our Business Planning & Analysis team. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, Sales, the incumbent will report and drive consistent interpretation of our reporting and analysis used to guide and monitor the relevant functional team at all levels. The analyst will be the link to our Business Intelligence team and will use knowledge of existing systems, business processes and technologies to develop, define, streamline and deliver reports, analysis and insights across the organisation.

***In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Ensure reporting capabilities are consistent, fit-for-purpose and widely adopted.
- Challenge the status quo to drive improvements in behaviour, processes and financial outcomes.
- Develop strong relationships with functional teams (Sales, eCommerce and Customer Experience) to drive improvements in financial results.
- Establish high adoption and consistent interpretation of key reports and analysis by functional leaders.
- Ensure innovative reporting that delivers actionable insights to improve the financial performance of the business.
- Play a key role in supporting the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Support the creation of training material and adoption of new tools and KPI dashboards at all levels.
- Identify and select different forms of reporting and analysis delivery methods such as mobile, dashboards, self-service tools.
- Monthly results and forecasting, Annual Operating Plan & Strategic Plan.

***Skills & experience required**:

- Bachelor degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics or Science.
- CA or CPA qualified.
- Advanced experience in analytical & reporting tools.
- Passion to drive value from providing insights.
- Tableau, SAP and BPC experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills to deliver complex quantitative information.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Logical & creative approach to problem solving.
