**The Company**:
This multi award-winning company is the number 1 finance provider in its space with a solid reputation in the industry, who have grown exponentially since inception.

This company has a team of Brokers, Credit Analysts, Settlements, Broker support, BDMs and Accountants and are now looking to increase the team due to their growth.

They specialise in civil construction, mining equipment and agriculture and need a successful and knowledgeable Insurance Broker to join their growing company.

**The Role**:
This is a newly created role, where you will be one of the first Insurance Brokers to join the company.

You must be an ambitious individual, bringing your expertise with insurance broking to grow this new side of the business out.

You will be required to close insurance policies where you will be given hot leads each month.

This is a truly rewarding role with huge opportunities to develop a long term career within this company and be an integral part of this companies success on the insurance side of the business.

**What You Need**:

- At least 1-2 years as a successful Insurance Broker/worked in the insurance space
- Must have proven experience closing insurance policies
- Those who have worked for a comparison site will be highly considered
- Must be ambitious and confident in your abilities
- MUST be tier 1 compliant
- Ability to understand all kinds of people and be able to adapt accordingly
- Resilient character and hungry to be the best
- Ability to work autonomously
- High level of EQ
- High level Business acumen
