The Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team of professionals in a growing Defence environment. As Project Manager, you will work to plan, organise, coordinate, and control engineering projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.

The PM role shall assist with the drafting and administration of contracts - specifically AUSDEFCON Contracts, and providing commercial and administrative support to the MSP Lead. This will involve quality assurance services associated with the functioning of the L154-2 FPECM project team.

The required services may include, but are not limited to, the provision of specialist advice and/or direct support of a team working through the Capability lifecycle process on land based platforms. The incumbent will be required to work as part of small and cohesive team and will be responsible for becoming the FMS specialist and Team Lead key support person.

Security clearance

This role is minimum NV1

**Responsibilities**:
Drafting Gate documentation, briefings and presentations

Develop and progress international agreements (FMS and/or Project Arrangements)

Provide support and coordinate workshops and meetings

Provide support to MSP Team Lead, from a project management perspective

Be a proactive and enthusiastic team member

Drafting AUSDEFCON Contracts

Assisting with compilation and review of monthly reports

Tracking and managing project financials

Review of teams weekly timesheets

Required qualifications and skills

Project management qualifications (such as registered Project Managers under AIPM), a degree in a relevant discipline.

Working within a multi disciplinary team

Familiarity with Defence Land platforms

Familiarity with development of Capability Lifecycle documentation (CASG)

Familiarity with Foreign Military Sales

Familiarity with Force Protection Electronic Countermeasures

Excellent written skills
