**About the Role**:The Customer Access Team at Mile End is looking for a full time team member to join the team. The Customer Service Officer role provides high end customer service over the phone, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.

**Duties**:

- Provide seamless and solution focused customer service over the phone
- Connect customers to the appropriate services, with a 'one call' resolution focus
- Undertake administration task
- Contributes to the customer maintaining a good life through expert service which link the customers to services that support maintaining a good life

**Skills & Experience**:

- Outstanding customer service skills, with proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service
- IT savvy - with intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to use various software and databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
