**The Role...**
**There are multiple Casual positions available**
You will utilise your customer service skills to contribute to the achievement of business objectives by delivery an exception customer experience as well as:

- Attending to the check in and check out of guests in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with correct procedures,
- Ensuring that all guests accounts are properly receipted, recorded and reconciled by following operating guidelines,
- Providing guests with the appropriate assistance and direction, if required, to deliver luggage to their accommodation,
- Assisting in providing information to guests in relation to tours, activities, community services when required,
- Assisting in the analysis and reporting of trends on accommodation performance, and
- Assisting with the maintenance of site security including closing of the premises.
- Casuals are also utilised within the Reservations Call centre as required.

**You Are...**
Able to manage multiple priorities, have precise attention to detail and organisational skills. You have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively and build and maintain relationships.

**In this role, you will be required to work a variety of shifts over a 7 day roster to meet operational requirements.**

Pay: $25.63 - $26.63 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
