**About the Role**:
***The Customer Access Team at Mile End is looking for 2 x new full time team members. The Customer Service Officer role provides high end customer service over the phone, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.

**What you'll do**:

- Provide seamless and solution focused customer service over the phone
- Connect customers to the appropriate services, with a 'one call' resolution focus
- Undertake administration task
- Contributes to the customer maintaining a good life through expert service which link the customers to services that support maintaining a good life

***About you**
- Outstanding customer service skills, with proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service
- IT savvy - with intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to use various software and databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

***You will need**
- Flu & COVID-19 vaccinations (including booster, if eligible)

***It would also be helpful if you had**:

- A **CURRENT **Police Check
