**The opportunity**

This role is based at our brand-new Distribution Centre in Swanbank and will support our warehouse team. The working hours will be Monday - Friday: 5 or 6am - 1 or 2pm or 2pm - 10pm.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Manage shift staffing levels for operation to ensure throughput and cost control.
- Report on daily shift outcomes, opportunities, impacts, constraints and operational performance
- Lead and developing a high performing team
- Work effectively with the state DC Manager and operational support teams to ensure the timely and accurate picking and packing or orders.
- Pick and pack orders as required

- Experience leading and developing a high performing team
- Eagerness to learn and be a part of our transformation

- Experience in a similar role in FMCG would be a bonus
- A continuous improvement mindset - you will always look for ways to operate more efficiently
- Ideally you will hold a current forklift license
