This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving performance, accuracy and safety.About the Opportunity:The successful candidate will perform the below duties including, but not limited to:Oversee and manage all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, stock handling and dispatch to meet productivity targetsMaintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular audits and manage replenishment to minimise discrepancies and wasteImplement efficient processes for inventory control, handling of goods and shipping operationsPromptly resolve customer queries and ensure service excellenceManage staffing levels, lead onboarding and performance-manage team membersEnsure timely, accurate reporting and communicate operational insights or issues with internal stakeholders to drive improvementAbout You:Three or more years\' experience in warehousing or 3PL environmentsTwo or more years in a warehouse supervisory roleHold a current Forklift licenceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organisation and time management abilitiesHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyProficiency in MS Office and warehouse systemsStrong problem-solving, adaptability and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and lead by exampleWhat we Offer:A competitive salary plus superannuationSupportive and collaborative leadership, promoting growth.Access to the company confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) program to support your wellbeing and that of your family.Salary sacrifice superannuation, novated lease and many other benefits.If you're an experienced warehouse leader looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
