We are seeking a highly motivated Brand Ambassador responsible for managing and developing relationships with on and off-premise customers, implementing outstanding sales plans and delivering profitable growth. To be successful in this role, you are results orientated with established and advantageous contacts in the retail and hospitality industries.

The role provides a proactive and dedicated performance-based individual with the chance to be a part of something special, with a team who are passionate about our products, brand experiences, and craft.

You will bring a friendly and passionate approach, be resilient and contribute to an ongoing team culture of exceptional customer experience and continuous improvement.

ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years of experience in a similar wine or beverage industry sales role (export experience is a bonus).
- Must be a team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a positive attitude, and build strong relationships.
- Experience with CRM platforms and producing dynamic sales reports.
- You take pride in your work and enjoy finding creative ways to grow our business.
- You have great attention to detail and good communication skills.
- You have proven success in a similar sales role
- You have the ability to develop new relationships and opportunities while playing a role in managing key accounts.
- You have a full driving license and an RSA is essential.
- You can commit to interstate travel, plus flexibility and willingness to undertake some out of business hours work to meet deadlines and the delivery of the role.
- You have a good working knowledge of boutique wine and beverage products, regions and varieties.
