**The Role**
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for driving optimal performance and promoting continuous improvement to ensure your production lines operate smoothly and successfully
- Supervise the operation of the total site across multiple production lines
- Lead, coach and manage the team to excel
- Ensure safety of the team and operations are adhered to the highest standards (Man, Machine, Method, Material).
- Ensure continuous line controls & immediate corrective action (initiating problem solving as applicable).
- Achieve a "zero injury, defect, waste" mind-set & promote behaviours that have a positive impact on Safety Health
- Work across a rotating shift schedule.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience across FMCG and Food Manufacturing
- Qualifications in Manufacturing/Production/Engineering/QA will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- A true leader who knows how to engage at all levels.
- Someone with drive for success with a passion for quality
- Brilliant communication skills
