The successful applicant will work a hands on role as a supervisor in our busy catering department.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a large commercial kitchen
- Knowledge of HACCP procedure
- Working knowledge of WHS principles & practices, & hygiene regulations
- Knowledge and maintenance of Food Safety Plan
- Preparing for Food Authority Audit
- Leadership qualities
- Control of labour KPIs and rostering
- Well-developed management skills
- Menu Planning and food ordering
- Computer literate
- The ability to build a good rapport and customer relations with staff
- High standards of customer and staff satisfaction
- Food safety supervisor qualification would be an added advantage
- Available to work a seven day rotating roster, including weekends
