**The opportunity**

12-month initial Labour Hire contract with the view for extension. APS 4 level role offering an hourly rate between $43.82 + Super. This position will be based out of Geelong.

This is a hybrid position, offering 2 days working from home with the remaining 3 on site. Standard 37.5-hour work weeks, with an average of 8 hours per day.

**About the role**:
The APS4 Procurement is responsible for providing advice, support and research services to the Procurement and Corporate Services Branch. The position will support the Procurement team to deliver quality procurement outcomes, which are compliant with legislation and ensure value for money.

**As an APS4 your responsibilities will include**:

- Undertaking research and analysis activities and drafting initial documentation to support simple to complex procurements
- Providing administrative support to the Procurement team
- Initiating drafting of procurement related documentation
- Entering, extracting and manipulating data to enable accurate Agency reporting
- Contributing to team planning activities and identifying opportunities for improvements

**About you**

- Problem-solving skills to manage challenges productively and positively.
- Well-developed critical thinking skills
- Previous Procurement or Finance related experience desirable
- Knowledge of SAP ESSentials or SAP GUI highly regarded
- Ability to visualise data
