**Company Overview**:
Our client is a national consultant in the construction and project management sector. They are committed to innovation, sustainability, are privately owned and work in a wide range of sectors, including infrastructure, health care, residential, commercial, education and retail. They are seeking a Documentation Manager to join the critical projects team in Sydney.

**Position Overview**:
As a Documentation Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Regional Engineering and Design Lead within the Project Team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage design documents within our nominated documentation platform (Aconex, Procore, or similar), ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Administer the designated documentation platform, ensuring timely updates and closeouts.
- Prepare and distribute design documentation transmittals.
- Maintain organized filing structures and ensure the latest revisions are circulated to stakeholders.
- Control design documentation responsibilities from filing management to release for construction.
- Update and manage all Project Registers.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation.
- Facilitate communication between departments on design documentation matters.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in MS Suite, Aconex, Procore, Bluebeam, CAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with attention to detail.
- Client-focused and results-driven with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of construction principles and data centres.

**Experience/Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or similar field preferred.
- Experience in Design/Construction/Data Centre industry preferred.
- Proficiency with Aconex, Procore, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Aconex User Guide and system navigation.
- Project Management/Construction Management experience desirable.
