**Position Title: Health Services Manager - Enhanced Community Care**
**Employment Type: Maximum Term Part Time - 3 Year contract**
**Hours per week: 24 hrs per week**
**Position Grade: Health Services Manager Level 1**
**Salary: $78,079.00 to $105,030.00 (Pro Rata) per annum**
**Enterprise Agreement: The Named NSW (Non-Declared) Affiliated Health Organisations’ Health Employees Agreement 2019**

**Position Summary**:
A vacancy exists in the above unit for a highly motivated Health Services Manager Level 1 with appropriate knowledge and skills to join our friendly and supportive team. The successful applicant(s) will provide administration assistance to the Enhanced Community Palliative Care and Heart Lung Chronic Care team. Responsibilities for this role will be assisting in rostering, recruitment, performance management and other HR functions as required. In addition, this role will provide a monitoring and support function within Integrated Care for Ministry of Health and external stakeholder reports.

The Community Palliative Care and Heart Lung Chronic Care Service Health Service Manager Grade 1 position will ensure medical record processes and patient information is accurate and up to date in CorePAS/ CHIME and other computerised hospital information systems.

The service operates Monday
- Friday and the role collaborates with the multidisciplinary team members. Work days will be discussed at time of interview.

The vacancy is open to Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens who hold a valid New Zealand passport, Australian permanent residents and those non-residents deemed by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship to be eligible to work in Australia only.

1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia
2.High level experience in providing a broad range of secretarial and related administrative services to executive level management.
3. Demonstrated organisational, time management and planning skills including the ability to manage conflicting priorities and complete several tasks concurrently, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
4. Demonstrate computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office suite, Rostering and Human Resource Software and a Document Management System
5. Demonstrated capacity to drive change and implement new systems and processes
6. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
7. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
