We are looking for and experienced Service Delivery Lead who through their team of workplace health consultants can achieve service delivery excellence, maintain our high-quality standards and deliver best-in-class employee participation.
Your ability to work closely with our clients and build meaningful relationships to deliver innovative and value driven Wellness Programs is the key to our success.
**Key responsibilities for the role include**:

- Develop and grow strategic trust-based relationships with our key client base.
- Manage, lead and develop the team through regular training, coaching, QA, communication and business updates
- Work directly with client portfolio to plan and oversee excellent delivery of all service offerings.
- Establish client schedules and rosters to allow for efficient service delivery resourcing, working closely with the Service Delivery Coordinators.
- Develop and maintain the execution strategy for the deployment of your key programs ensuring successful client and business outcomes.
- Provide market, industry and competitive analysis and stay informed of competitors in the marketplace.

- Degree qualified in relevant discipline such as allied health or business and a strong interest in health & wellbeing.
- Minimum 3 + years experience delivering services within a professional services or related industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate/influence team performance.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Critical thinker who is solutions focused.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities within budget and timelines
- Have a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel.
