**The opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our full-function P&C team in the heart of Brisbane's West End as a P&C Systems Support Analyst. This role would suit a data-driven individual with existing systems support experience, or a P&C Administrator with an interest in developing their career in the systems side of human resources.

Key duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Maintain integrity of data in time and attendance, HRIS and Payroll platforms
- Maintain organisational structures
- Manage and maintain end-to-end processes from Recruitment to third party Payroll system
- Support the Payroll team from a systems perspective across all brands within the Fitness and Lifestyle Group
- Assist with training and support for P&C teams and management teams in the P&C platforms across all FLG brands
- Support system implementations for acquisitions and integration into the P&C platforms
- Support the P&C Systems Manager with group involvement for system upgrades, configuration, process changes, error management and implementation of wish list features
- Reporting on people metrics for all FLG brands
- Develop and produce reports to effectively communicate key information in a meaningful and relevant way to business stakeholders

**To be successful in this role you have**:
Essential
- An aptitude for and experience with data management and analytics
- General understanding of payroll and HR processes
- Well-developed internal stakeholder relationship management skills
- High level client/customer interface experience
- Experience with managing multiple clients/deadlines/competing priorities
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products - Outlook, SharePoint, Teams etc
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to successfully identify problems, develop solutions and implement these using a logical and systematic approach

Desirable
- Experience working as part of a human resources team
- A strong understanding of People Systems
- Experience with UKG Dimensions, UKG Central, UKG Ready and ADP Payforce systems is desirable
- Understanding of various HRIS and how they integrate
