At Peak Management & Consulting, we partner with clients in the RTO sector to provide strategic and operational advice, expertise, support and service. We are looking for an Administrator Officer to join our business to assist with the end to end claim lodgments for the company and its clients. Responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining Client Database in internal Data warehouse
- Processing claims & Reconciliation of lodged claims
- Track and account for all claims through internal system
- Data entry
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders of the business
- Resolve queries in relation to Claims
- Ad-hoc duties and projects

**This role would be ideally suitable for a person with**:

- Previous experience working with a RTO (highly desirable)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills and phone mannerism
- Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
