**About the Company**
We have a rewarding and exciting opportunity for a Communications Manager to join a NSW Government organisation located in Parramatta. This role will be responsible for creating, implementing and overseeing communications programs.

**About the Role**
- Develop and support delivery of Modules
- Develop and support delivery of modules to introduce new starters to the existing One Team module and the related Gender Respect and Equality module ongoing
- Develop and implement a sustainable model
- Communications planning to integrate messages from one program to another
- Organisational capacity building including targeted training or development activities
- Additional work related to culture and organisational change
