**Position Description**

We are looking for a hardworking, commercially focused and astute Import and Sales Support Administrator with at least two year of experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves coordinating and managing import and sales support activities and ensuring compliance and administrative task are met.

**Primary Duties**:

- Prepare and process import documentation.
- Coordinate with shipping agents, customs brokers, and other logistics partners.
- Track shipments and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve issues related to shipping, customs, or documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all import.
- Product costing and updating the system.
- Support the sales & project team with administrative tasks including but not limited to invoicing, raising purchase orders/ordering, organizing transport for delivery.
- **Skills/Experience Requirements**:

- A relevant AQF Diploma in Business Administration or similar.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in similar role.
- Preferred someone working in same industry but not required
- Demonstrated attention to detail, organized and commercial astute
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good understanding of imports and documentation.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
