**Executive Search Coordinator & Executive Assistant**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Executive Assistance**:Provide Executive Support assistance to the Global Talent Acquisition Leader including diary management, travel and expenses etc. Provide general administrative support to the executive search team, including managing calendars, preparing meeting materials, and handling correspondence.
- ** Applicant Tracking System Management**: Manage and update information in our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) for a range of activities

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- PowerBI experience and reporting (Desirable)
- Working knowledge of Workday as a recruitment platform (Desirable)
- Successful record of delivering high-quality work to strict deadlines and demonstrated capabilities in sourcing the best talent in the market
- Self-confidence with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated dedication in supporting team members and collaboratively achieving outcomes
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and service delivery
- Highly developed negotiation and relationship management skills
- Superior organisation skills and attention to detail
**Qualifications**:
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with C-Suite executives and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
