**Your Team**
As part of our global expansion, we're seeking a Product Manager to join our growing Sydney-based team. You'll be responsible for identifying, documenting, prioritising and communicating the work that the engineering teams will deliver based on business demands while at the same time maintaining service descriptions, standards and specifications, and management of agreed service solutions and outcomes for all support activities.
**The Role**
You are passionate about sport, about people and enthusiastic about the opportunity to set and communicate the direction of SLOCOACH's public-facing website, Powered by SLOCOACH tenants, mobile apps and our broader digital product strategy.
**Your typical day-to-day will include**:
- Developing a detailed ticket process, prioritisation and tracking for technology issues for all customer-facing digital products.
- Ensuring product defects are identified early, communicated appropriately, and resolved quickly. Taking ownership of problems and being proactive to ensure they never occur again.
- Developing detailed, professional product requirements that can be used to create digital product specifications and architecture for the engineering team.
- Being data-driven in prioritising, evaluating and managing the ongoing optimisation of all digital product activities.
- Working with the Head of Growth to understand and develop frameworks/models to support commercial tracking, forecasting, engagement, prioritisation and delivery.
- Working with the Partnership Success Manager and other team members to put together the detailed specifications for new product features and get sign-off in preparation for implementation.
- Providing training and documentation to internal stakeholders on current products, product enhancements and new products before they go to market.
- Conducting customer and market research to validate initiatives and identify opportunities.
- Attending pre-sales meetings, assisting in presenting key features of the product and gathering market requirements. In addition, assist in analysis and share details of competitive offerings in various markets.
- Work with compliance to ensure all products align with necessary legislation and regulation.
**What you’ll need to succeed**:
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internal and external, with proactive and clear written and verbal communication;
- Excellent attention to detail, data analytical and interpretational skills;
- Equally effective at working within a team as autonomously;
- A highly tech-enabled mindset, and effective at managing time and competing demands, including across time zones;
- The organisational ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent customer relationships,
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
