As a **People and Culture Advisor**, you’ll be the cornerstone of support for our managers, team members, and internal departments in the Regional Operations portfolio, reporting directly to our People and Culture Partner.

This full-time, permanent role is based at our Head Office in South Guildford, WA with occasional travel to our regional branches when required.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide essential training and guidance to Managers across the business, ensuring smooth and efficient team member management
- Maintain compliance with legislative requirements, industry standards, and company policies
- Collaborate closely with our People & Culture Business Partners to manage key people processes

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field, or actively pursuing HR studies or AHRI Membership; OR significant industry experience
- Previous experience in an HR officer or generalist role, particularly with frontline operations
- Customer-centric approach with a drive to deliver results
- Problem-solving mindset, proactive in seeking solutions and acquiring information
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and workload prioritization
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law legislation
- Adaptable and flexible, thriving in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and stakeholder management
- Exceptional grammar, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems
