- Reporting to the Project Support Supervisor, the Product Support Advisor will maximise operation and product reliability, while also conducting regular equipment inspections. This is a hands-on role, with additional duties to carry out diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer Caterpillar equipment. The ideal person will lead by example through actions, behaviour and decision making, including compliance with WesTrac's procedures, safe working practices and life-saving rules.

**Location**:Eliwana

**Roster**:8 days on, 6 days off, 12.5hr shifts (inclusive of 30 mins. break)

**To be successful the following is required**:

- An Australian recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate and proven post trade experience with CAT equipment
- Extensive Traditional Caterpillar Fleet experience is essential
- HR-Licence
- A positive attitude towards safety and exposure to safe work practices and systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- A passion for learning new skills
- The ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
